The experience and stay was beautiful ! The concept Is lovely too

Will prefer better maintainance of the property in order to attract more guests/families and tourists. Kids playzone areas are very necessary too for families coming with kids.

I liked the art works, the Hotel was just like an art gallery which was amazing. I also liked the serenity and landscape.

Ordered dinner twice in two different restaurants on the property and was dissappointed. Wifi was sketchy however there is an internet cable in the room so I opted for the cable which had a better connection

The bed was joined together but it kept moving apart, the bathroom had no glass covering the bath area, water splashes everywhere when bathing and the floor remains wet.

I was given a different room from what I booked for and no refund was done, the price online is different from the price at the property, I paid more than the my booking. The dinner buffet was not fresh, menu was scanty.

No bacon for breakfast. The bath soap was quite too basic for such a classy hotel.

This is a beautiful property and the perfect location for a getaway in Nigeria. It is green and lush. There are lots of walking trails, a nice golf course, tennis, a gorgeous pool, and dining options.

We arrived the hotel in the afternoon on November 3rd and there was an event in the hotel lobby - I mean the entire hotel Lobby had been transformed into an event hall with chairs, tables, and speakers!!!! Now, that was a shocker for a resort. I was not expecting sparsely clad young men holding offering us fresh juice with a genuine smile but I certainly expected some peace and quiet for my birthday. The check-in process took forever because the price I was quoted online with booking.com was differen. Actually, we had already paid,then was called back to explain the discrepancy. Off course, it was blamed on booking.com. My partner and I were not having any of it so we told them to resolve the difference or give us our money back. After some back and forth from the front desk Lady who was trying to 'help', we were offered some juice and told it had been resolved. The concierge had to take our luggage upstairs,(the same one who made a face when I told him I had multiple bags and would need a trolley)then back downstairs because there was no Lobby to walk through. Our room was not a forest view like we requested. I called and Grace said she would move us the next afternoon without failing so we did not fully unpack. The next time Grace called was at 7pm on Saturday after we reminded her of the move.Then she promised to move us on Sunday without fail. Between 10am and past noon on Sunday, we looked at 2 rooms with a forest view but no chairs on the balcony. We requested for chairs or a move upstairs if there was an available room since the rooms upstairs had chairs on the balcony. We called back 10mins later and Grace said the room had been given out because we did not like it. We were taken aback but decided to breath and let it go. It was clear Grace felt empowered and was using her power. We finally settled into our same room with only one night to go. The next morning, it rained like the last two mornings we were there.

Great relaxing escape in Nigeria. Best hotel i have seen so far. Well maintained well trained staff, great golf.

The argument with reception on the rate charged by booking.com. The reception wanted to charge extra which i vehemently rejected and insisted on the booking.com rate

The bed was great and the breakfast. Dinner was excellent especial the fact that they have different dinner types every day of the week. I love the african dinner every friday nite.

The Rooms were not properly cleaned, especially the bathrooms. Not enough towels. Our beds were linens and pillow cases were not changed until we reported and asked that they be changed.
